Grey Leopard!

Hello Everyone,
I hope you had a wonderful weekend and those in a cold climate kept warm. It is pretty chilly here in North Carolina and I am extremely sensitive to cold which is why I have not shot any OOTDs lately. But I still wanted to share with you my latest projects. I recently completed a print blocked cropped top and pencil skirt.

Long sleeved shirt - finished using bias tape @ neckline, Gray leopard print french terry knit as body of the shirt, Sleeves - Charcoal gray cotton Lycra knit fabric
Midi Pencil Skirt - Fitted but curve complimenting :-) made with Cotton Lycra knit fabric, Elastic waistband, Grey leopard print french terry knit fabric @ the hem for accent and to tie it in with the top - creating a complete ensemble.

This is how I accessorize the outfit. Sliver Collar Necklace, DIY antique silver pearl button earrings, Cognac Pumps (BCBGeneration)

Pictures of me in the ensemble coming soon!

I really liked the Charcoal Gray Cotton Lycra knit fabric from It was easy to sew and cut and washed very nicely.  The Gray Leopard Print French Terry Knit fabric wasn't as luxurious as I hoped. I got if from Their Organic French Terry Knit fabric is really nice and feels very soft. I am waiting for them to restock the black so I can make a sweatsuit :-)

As always, thank you for reading!
