Back to School Haul and A D.I.Y.

Hi All!
Happy Hump Day! Tomorrow is my first day of class for the Fall 2013 semester. This will be my first semester as a PhD. student having to physically go to class. :-/  It's weird; there are moments when I am excited about being back on campus and other moments where I am dreading the experience.
----------------------------------------------------
Nonetheless, I have to prepare for returning back to school. During the first weekend of August, the state in which I live, had a Tax Free Weekend. Everything for "Back to School" was tax free. That included clothes, school supplies, printers, computers, etc. I took advantage of the tax free weekend by visiting Office Depot and Target.

And here is the D.I.Y!
The suede button earrings were made using buttons forms size 45. It was difficult using the kit to create the buttons. I had to use a hammer to attach the back of the button but they turned out nice nonetheless.

The suede was interesting to work with as well. It was my first time and I am excited by the way it turned out!

Close up of the tote.  I added my clothing label to the bag to give a little something extra. LOL!

Thank you Reading!
